What
FDIM is a membership organization, whose members include most of the Danish daily news- papers, plus other communications companies. FDIM’s director had a suspicion that the site could perform better. He contacted FatDUX to conduct an expert usability review.
How
FatDUX conducted a usability review, as agreed. Based on this, FatDUX was then asked to provide redesigned functionality that corrected the observed problems, including implemen- tation of these improvements.
Results
Since one of the main functions of FDIM was to report to its members on activity on their si- tes, FDIM had significant experience in determining and evaluating KPIs when it came to web usage. Our redesign has performed exceptionally well – by anyone’s standards.
